Gangasagar Mela 2027 Private Camp & Tent Accommodation

About this stay

Temporary Mela-period camp with private tent rooms and dormitory tent halls for families, couples, older travellers and large groups, run with Sagar Suraksha Welfare Foundation (Mela accommodation since 2011). Selected camps are about 500–700 m from the Snan Ghat and Kapilmuni Temple; final distance depends on camp placement. Expected camp period: about 8–18 January 2027, subject to change.

• Standard Tent Room (private toilet) – couples, small families, individual pilgrims
• Regular Tent Room (shared toilets) – families, friends, female groups
• Regular Dormitory Tent Hall – large pilgrimage groups, organisations, budget travellers
